Poster Presentation Information
You will be asked to submit your poster's title, list of authors, and abstract (maximum of 400 words) during the registration process if you plan to present a poster at this year's meeting.
Student/Postdoc Podium Presentations
One student and one postdoc will be nominated by the GLDMDG steering committee to give short presentations of their poster contents. Each nominated presenter will receive a travel award of $250 to cover expenses. A poster title and abstract must be submitted by Friday, April 18 to be considered for an oral presentation. Nominated presenters will be notified by a GLDMDG committee member no later than April 25.
Deadline
The poster abstract submission deadline for all attendees is Friday, April 25.
Presentation Guidelines
Poster presenters will be assigned poster presentation numbers about 1 week before the meeting. Posters are to be displayed for the duration of the meeting. Posters should be setup before 11 AM on Thursday, May 8, and taken down at noon on Friday, May 9. Presenters must be available at their posters for the duration of their scheduled poster presentation session on May 8.
Odd numbered posters: 5-6 PM
Even numbered posters: 6-7 PM

The maximum poster size is 48 inches wide x 36 inches tall.

Title Instructions
The poster title should clearly indicate the nature of the research in no more than 200 characters (~30 words, including spaces). Capitalize the first letter of all words in the title. However, do not capitalize article words such as “a", “the", “and", and “of” unless the article is the first word of the title.
Author List Instructions
Provide the name(s) of the author(s). Indicate the author who will present the work at the meeting by writing their name in CAPITAL letters.
Author Affiliation Instructions
Include the department or program and institution. If the co-authors have different affiliations, place a number after each author's name.

Visitor parking is available at the Grant Street Parking Garage, located at 120 N. Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906 on the east side of the Purdue Memorial Union. Visitors parking in this garage will be assessed the following hourly rates that apply 24/7:
1-60 Minutes: $3
Each Additional Hour (2nd-8th): $1
Maximum 24 consecutive hour period: $10
Shuttle Services to Purdue
Purdue is accessible from the Indianapolis and Chicago O'Hare international airports. The Purdue University Airport is less than one mile from campus, but it does not currently serve commercial airlines. Two shuttle services offer ground transportation to Purdue from the Indianapolis International Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport:
Both services use the bus stop on W. State Street, near the Purdue Memorial Union’s south entrance, as their drop-off location.
